Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 13, 2026 · Last Updated: September 13, 2026

The Music Megastore ("we," "us," "our") is operated by PHANTOM POWER MUSIC, A TENNESSEE BENEFIT CORPORATION. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed. We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.

1. What We Collect

  • Email address — used only to send one-time sign-in codes and service messages about your listing. We never store a password.
  • Listener activity — the releases you save or skip in the discovery tool, so the deck can remember where you left off. This is tied to your account, not shared with artists individually.
  • Artist profile content — the name, photo, location, links, artwork, and 30-second preview clips you choose to publish. This is public by design.
  • Counts — how many times a listing was shown, previewed, saved, or had a link tapped. Artists see totals only, never who did what.
  • Payment records — the fact that a listing was paid for, and a payment reference. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach us.
  • Analytics — if you accept cookies, Google Analytics records anonymous traffic data (pages visited, rough location, device type).

2. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run advertising or ad-targeting on the Platform. We do not share your email address with artists or with other users.

3. Who Processes Your Data

  • Our hosting and database provider — stores accounts, listings, audio clips, and artwork.
  • Stripe — processes listing payments.
  • Google Analytics — traffic measurement, only after you accept cookies.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and let audio play; these are always on because the site cannot work without them. Analytics cookies load only if you press Accept on the cookie bar. You can change your choice at any time: .

5. Your Rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Visitors in the EU, UK, and California have these rights by law, and we apply them to everyone. Email us and we will action the request. Deleting your account removes your profile, saves, and listings from public view.

6. Children

The Platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last Updated" date above will always reflect the current version.

8. Contact & Copyright Agent
